The most exclusive properties in the country sit at this tier. Private concessions of one hundred thousand acres and more, where only your lodge’s guests can game-drive. Suites the size of small apartments. A named butler attached to your room. A vehicle and guide that are yours alone for the duration.
This tier is for travellers who already know they will not return next year. The trip needs to be everything. Russel and our Arusha team handle every detail, every confirmation, every awkward edge of long-haul travel, so that the only thing in front of you is the place.

Honest expectations
What money buys here, and what it doesn’t.
The wildlife is the same wildlife everyone else sees. A leopard on a Singita concession is the same leopard you’d watch from a tented camp on the public side. What changes is the surrounding experience, the privacy, the polish, the choreography of every meal, the sense of being on your own land with no one else in frame.
If your real love is the wildlife and not the surroundings, two weeks at the Boutique tier gives you more game time than one week here. We’ll say so before you book if we sense that’s your trip.
The most-asked-for properties (Crater Lodge, Sayari, Mwiba) book nine to twelve months ahead for peak season. This is not a tier you can decide on in March for July.

From $18,000 per person, for a seven-night Opulent itinerary.
Includes the lodge nightly rate, private vehicle and guide, all meals and most drinks, internal park fees, and the in-country flights between lodges. Excludes the international flights, premium spirits at certain properties, and tips for the on-the-ground team.
